Italian Reproduction Colt 1851 Navy Revolvers Lot of Two
8/18/2016 - Firearms and Accoutrements: Live Salesroom Auction
.44 caliber, 5" octagonal barrel length, S/N 547893 and S/N 541598, markings on the left side of the barrel "Black Powder Only .44 Cal".  Right side of the barrel marked "F. Llipietta - Made in Italy".   Frame, barrel and back strap have scroll engraving with Naval battleship cylinder scene.  Case color hammer, trigger and lever.  Brass trigger guard and back strap.  Walnut grips.

Condition:  
Retains most of the finish throughout. Vibrant case color.  Bores are very good.  Mechanically excellent.
