Fukazawa has had a long and distinguished career. Having studied in the mid-1980's under the ultimate craftsman Ralph Bacerra at the Otis/Parsons
Art Institute (now the Otis College of Art and Design) she has worked in both Japan and the US for nearly 3 decades. This beautifully rich rock garden piece with its tea bowl sitting in a pool of gold glaze is a treasure to behold.
