Animal Trap Gun Made from a Percussion Rifle

.75 caliber, 6” heavy round barrel, double set trigger, modified wood rifle stock, simple iron “trip” rod made to actuate the trigger.

Condition:  
This interesting animal trap gun is in well-used, fair to good condition showing a dark patina to metal surfaces. Working action and worn modified stock. An ingenious method of some hunter’s imagination to make an effective trap gun out of what materials were at hand.
