Early American-Made Plainsman Hunting Knife
4/30/2014 - Firearms and Militaria: Live Salesroom Auction
6.25" spear head blade, 2.125" iron cross guard, 9.75" overall length.  Hickory wood grips with iron ferrule.  

Condition:  
Untouched blade and crossguard is pitted overall and have a nice black patina. Hickory grips have a blackening patina. There are a few cracks and nicks on handle. Overall is good to very good condition.
