Newark, N.J., 1855
." Barrel has the original buckhorn sight. Sight at breech is 1.125" and 1" at muzzle. Walnut stock with German silver escutcheons and pewter tip.
Condition:
Barrel retains 90% of original blue, turning plum with very sharp and crisp edges. The action has very sharp lines with most of the finish turning to a brown patina. Markings are sharp and crisp. Stock and forearm retains 95% or original varnish. Stock has minor nicks and dings. Overall very good.
