Cast Iron Spread-Winged Eagles

American, early 20th century. A pair of cast iron spread-winged eagles, one most likely used as a flag pole finial and depicted with its head turned dramatically to the right, the surface retaining remnants of yellow paint. The other depicted in the form of a plaque with its head turned to the left and its talons clutching a branch; largest ht. 12, wd. 22.75 in.

Condition:  
Eagles with some surface wear and light rust. Eagle finial with a broken wing tip.
