American, 19th century. A miniature Sheraton grain-painted chest in pine having two drawers over three graduated drawers, all drawers dovetailed, paneled sides, and turned feet; ht. 24.5, lg. 24.75, dp. 13.75 in.
Provenance:
Property from the Estate of Jane Murphy, Shandon, Ohio
Condition:
Top surface has large areas of paint loss. Scattered losses to the rest of the chest. Scuffs and scratches to the wood, especially at corners. Replaced knobs.
