Reclining Lion Coffin Pommel Sheffield Bowie Knife by G. Woodhead

6.5" blade marked on the top of false edge G.Woodhead, 30 Howard St, Sheffield in three lines. Stag handle with German silver escutcheon, with German silver coffin pommel with reclining lion. Gold embossed leather scabbard with German silver tip and throat.


Condition:  
Blade is gunmetal grey with some light black staining. Grips are excellent with nice patina. German silver mounts have nice tarnished look. Scabbard is very good.
