Franco-American Dunand Visored Helmet
4/30/2014 - Firearms and Militaria: Live Salesroom Auction
This is a trial helmet of which the total produced is unknown. Green painted steel with a wire mesh visor.  This is the first one we have seen other than in books. One like this is fully illustrated in Steel Pots, by Chris Arnold (1997: 42).

Condition:  
Retaining most of the original paint. Top of the visor is bent. Overall in excellent condition. Extremely rare item and the first we have seen for sale.
