Springfield Altered Spencer Carbine to Rifle

.50 caliber, 32.5" round barrel, S/N
18377
. Model 1870 rifle rear barrel sight, two barrel bands, single shoulder ramrod. Walnut stock and forearm.
Condition:
Barrel retains 40% of the original blue finish with the rest just slightly turning plum. Frame and lock still retain some case colors in the protected areas with the rest an untouched sharp grey look. Stock and forearm are excellent with some nicks and dings; a very nice ESA cartouche in an oval.
