.568 bore diameter, 36" octagonal flared barrel. Marked on top of barrel

. Forward action engraved lock marked in an oval in sliver
I. Peter In Ulm
. Front hood sight; rear barrel sight, long with nice finial and engraved. Rear tang sight is lollipop-style with engraved long elevation study. Engraved breech, sideplate with winged screw for easy takedown, engraved buttplate finial with ball mounted on the top of buttplate. Double-set triggers, fancy finger looped triggerguard. Finely figured walnut stock checkered in the wrist and fore end with horn tip, German silver escutcheons.
Condition:
Barrel is very sharp and crisp with 70% of the brown finish. Lock and hammer have some case colors in the protected areas. Sideplate retains 98% of the blue finish. Buttplate retains a nice brown patina. Stock is excellent. Bore has been greased to protect the rifling. Bore is excellent.
