Luther Bradley, formerly Col. 51st IL, twice wounded distinguished officer in western theater prominent at Chickamauga, Atlanta, and Franklin. Anonymous view of obscure Brig. Gen. Wm. T. H. Brooks '41, WIA Antietam; rose to division command in AOP. With a CDV of Gen. Birney, by Brady/Anthony.
