German WWI Blue Max Award Wearing Copy

All we have is an oral history with this

and according to that history a Captain Horst Meyer on 11-08-18 was awarded the Blue Max. There was a Captain Meyer who won a Blue Max on this date, although his name was Emil Berthold Meyer. Also is a locket with a picture of a Prussian officer which is supposed to be Captain Meyer, a Prussian War Merit Cross also belonging Capt. Meyer, and a replacement ribbon.
