Adolf Hitler (German, 1889-1945).  Watercolor and gouache on paper, signed and dated 1912, l.r.; 15.75 x 11.5 in.  

A substantial and crisp example of Hitler's work, as outlined by expert Peter Jahn in a letter of authenticity dated April 19, 1982.  According to Jahn, this work was one of the largest he'd seen.
