12 ga., 30" Damascus barrels choked C/C, S/N 5898. Walnut checkered stocks, extractors, barrel address "J. Purdey, 514 Oxford Street, London."

Condition:  
Very good condition with very good,but lightly pitted, bores. The buttstock has been broken through the wrist and professionally repaired. The wood has been re-checkered and refinished, but rates excellent. The receiver, hammers, and back locks have been cleaned and polished. This is a very nice old English gun for the vintage shooter.
