Model 1795 Springfield Flintlock Musket

.69 caliber, 44.25" round barrel. Lockplate marked
Springfield
on the rear of lockplate. Flat hammer, faceted pan, final on frizzen spring. Triggerguard with points on both ends. Walnut stock with high comb.

Condition:
Barrel has been cleaned to bright some pitting around the touch hole and protruding onto the barrel. Lockplate is grey with pitting. Stock has been cleaned. An early 1795.
