Continental, early 20th century. A chromolithographed tin seal by Lehmann, having a key-wind mechanism on the right side, retains its original bell, underside of back flippers stamped with EPL monogram inside a press and marked  Made in Germany / English Patent / D.R.G.M. / Deutsche Arbeit; lg. 7.5 in.

Condition:  
Some small spots of paint loss. Key wind mechanism untested but bottom wheels turn and front flippers move when pushed. Missing whiskers.
