.52 caliber, 21" barrel, marked on the top of breechblock US / S.North / Middtn Conn / 1843 in four lines. Walnut stock with WAT cartouche on the right side. 

Condition:  
All metal is sharp and crisp with a grey-to-brown patina; good sharp markings.  Stock is good with nice cartouche.
