Model 1816 Harpers Ferry Musket Converted to Percussion
4/30/2014 - Firearms and Militaria: Live Salesroom Auction
.69 caliber, 42" round barrel. V P and eagle proofs. Lockplate marked Harpers Ferry and dated 1839, with eagle and US.  Three barrel bands and walnut stock.  Converted using the "drum" method.

Condition:  
Barrel and lock have even brown patina.  Stock is very crisp with two nice Harpers Ferry cartouches.
