Percussion Carbine Rifle by Devisime
4/30/2014 - Firearms and Militaria: Live Salesroom Auction
.720 bore diameter rifled with ten lands-and-grooves, 26" round barrel with rear express leaf sight. Steel ramrod, walnut stock with brass checkered buttplate, triggerguard, front barrel band. This will fire the Devisme exploding cartridge.

Condition:  
Barrel is very sharp and crisp retaining 60% of the original brown finish just lightly thinning. Breech plug retains all of its original case colors. Rear portion of the lock retains all of the original case colors; the front portion of the lock has been cleaned to grey. Stock is excellent with some nicks and dings.
