Colt Frontier Six-Shooter Single Action Army Revolver
10/22/2013 - Fall Firearms Auction
.44-40 caliber, 4.75" barrel, S/N 140295. Blue/case colored finish, hard rubber grips, 1891 date of mfg.

Condition:
Good to very good condition with an excellent bore. It retains ca 15% original blue finish (mostly left on barrel, traces left on remainder). Traces of original case colors in the protected areas of the frame. The grips are very good with moderate wear and the gun is mechanically excellent.  It is unusual to find a single action from the era in as good of shape as this gun. This is an honest old Colt in a desirable configuration.
